Job Description
I am a real estate photographer looking for a reliable, long-term drafter to create 2D floor plans. I have a steady volume of work and need a fast turnaround (6-12hours).
The Workflow:
I scan the property using Scaniverse (LiDAR) on an iPhone.
I will provide you with the .OBJ or .GLB file (3D Mesh).
You slice the model, trace the walls, and create a clean 2D floor plan including fixed furniture.

Requirements:
Experience converting Point Cloud/Mesh data (Matterport, Scaniverse) into 2D CAD.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.
Ability to identify room types (Kitchen, Bed, Bath) from the 3D mesh texture. Including fixed items
Accuracy: Must ensure walls are squared and dimensions are accurate to the scan.
Turnaround: Must be able to deliver within 6-12 hours of receiving files.
