Real Estate Lease and Data Administrator

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical and organized Real Estate Lease and Data Administrator to join our global corporate real estate team. The role will combine lease administration with data analysis and financial verification, ensuring efficient portfolio management and informed decision-making. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing all lease-related activities within our global property portfolio comprising 170+ locations and 15 Million ft² /1.5 million m². You will work closely with real estate & facilities co-workers, finance teams, legal counsel and HR teams to ensure full visibility of and compliance with lease terms and obligations.
