As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading a team of property consultants, and ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the property buying journey.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive property sales and achieve assigned targets
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of property consultants
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and negotiations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support business development initiatives and closures
  • Ensure smooth coordination from lead generation to deal closure


Must-Have Skills

  • Proven experience in real estate sales
  • Strong team management & leadership abilities
  • Excellent client relationship management
  • Expertise in negotiation and deal closure
  • Highly target-driven sales mindset


Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with CRM software
  • Market research & competitor analysis
  • Channel partner coordination

Shift: Day Shift

Work Timings: As per business requirements

Location: Faridabad

Travel: Yes (client meetings & site visits)

Languages Required: Hindi & Basic English
