Job Description
· Experience in Property Acquisition/ Real Estate Management.
· Must have experience in handling multiple properties.
· Revenue maximisation.
· Cost control.
· Security & Caretaking.
· Dealing with Statutory formalities, Property tax, Property maintenance, Rental income, etc.,
· Identifying location/ space conversion from agriculture to commercial/ residential & vice versa.
· Negotiating with landlords/ owners.
· Evaluating feasibility of locations.
· Facilitated solution conversation between the technical, projects, business and finance team.
· End to end responsible for Business expansion (property acquisition/ leasing).
· Responsible for Site selection, inter departmental clearances, due diligence, feasibility study,
negotiations and deal closure.
· Responsible for Landlord relationship management, grievances & redressal, dispute resolution and
final settlement of terminated sites. ...
