Job Description – Real Estate Sales Manager


Department: Sales / Investment Advisory

Location: Andheri (Mumbai)

Experience:

·      Relationship Manager (RM): 1–5 Years

·      Sales Leader: 4–8 Years (Minimum 2 years team handling)


About the Role

We are looking for high-performing Real Estate Sales Managers / Investment Managers who can drive revenue, manage premium clients, and deliver strong conversions in a fast-paced real estate environment. Candidates must have strong communication, market understanding, and a consistent performance track record.


Eligibility Criteria (Strict Requirements)

·      Minimum Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (No undergraduates)

·      Experience Stability:

·      No job hoppers — Minimum 1 year tenure in each role

·      No employment gaps or “no-job” periods without valid reason

·      Industry Experience: Real Estate preferred | BFSI, Wealth, Luxury Sales acceptable


Key Responsibilities


For Relationship Managers (RMs – 1 to 5 Years)

·      Manage inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales.

·      Understand client requirements and recommend property/investment options.

·      Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations.

·      Drive monthly revenue targets through effective closing.

·      Build strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.


For Sales Leaders (4 to 8 Years + 2 Years Team Handling)

·      Lead, coach, and manage a team of RMs to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

·      Track team performance, productivity, and funnel management.

·      Conduct daily huddles, training sessions, and performance reviews.

·      Manage high-ticket clients, escalations, and major negotiations.

·      Ensure achievement of team and individual revenue goals.

·      Act as a bridge between management, operations, and on-ground teams.


Skills & Competencies

·      Excellent communication & negotiation skills

·      Strong understanding of real estate markets and investment products

·      Target-driven with high ownership

·      Ability to handle premium clients and high-value transactions

·      Leadership, strategic thinking, and team motivation (for Manager/Leader role)
