Role Description

The Real Estate Manager manages and oversees the operations and activities related to Kal Tire’s real property assets. Specific areas of responsibility include real estate procurement, real estate and property management, leasing and disposition.

Responsibilities

Real Estate Management

  • Plans for and implements real estate scenarios, such as site relocations, acquisitions, downsizing, or reconfigurations.
  • Ensures needs of the business are understood and integrated into solutions; coordinates with other functional areas to ensure complex or multiple plan needs are met.
  • Provides real estate subject matter expertise to internal groups (legal, accounting, FP&A, as well as to external partners and real estate professionals.
  • Disposes of surplus property.
