Job Title: Operations & Asset Manager (Mobile Home Parks)

Location: South Africa or LATAM (Remote)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Salary: $1,500 – $2,000 USD per month

About the Company

We own and operate a growing portfolio of manufactured housing communities across multiple U.S. states. Our portfolio is a mix of stabilized assets and active turnaround/infill projects. We are seeking a high-level operator to take the reins of our day-to-day operations, allowing the founder to focus on capital raising and long-term strategy.

The Mission

Your goal is to make the founder’s involvement in daily operations unnecessary. You aren’t just a middle manager; you are the owner of outcomes. You will be responsible for execution, systems, and accountability across the entire portfolio. If something slips operationally, you are the person who fixes it and ensures it doesn’t happen again.
