Real Estate Paralegal

Real Estate Paralegal supports the company’s legal operations in a variety of project management, administrative and legal areas, collaborating with QTS business owners, suppliers, and other members of the Legal Department. The position is primarily responsible for supporting all phases of the real estate acquisition and disposition process. This may include but is not limited to the following: review of contracts, preparation of critical dates, leases, titles, plats and surveys, preparation of closing documents, objection letters, utility easements, development and escrow agreements, and any other legal documents that may be required of the transaction, due diligence, engineering process, and/or requested by a Legal Real Estate attorney.

In addition, the Real Estate Paralegal may be called upon to preliminarily review post-closing documents required to complete platting, permitting, remodeling projects, and finance initiatives before final review by Corporate Counsel. The ...
