Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Photo Editor to join our team. You will play a key role in elevating the quality of real estate visuals, working closely with photographers to ensure every image aligns with Fotello's high standards for clarity, accuracy, and aesthetic appeal.

Responsibilities:

• Doing Revisions on edited photos
• Edit and enhance real estate and architectural images, including HDR and flambient photo editing.
• Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output, ensuring consistency across all edits.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Integrity in delivering quality work with minimal supervision.
• Self-driven with a strong sense of hustle and ambition.

Hard Skills:

• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Proficient in HDR and flambient photo editing techniques.
• Ability to do great white balance corrections.
• Skilled in color correction, removing color casts, and ensuring image accuracy.
• Ability to enhance images with proper exposure adjustments
• Ability to do precise window masking.
• Bright well lit edits
• Proficiency in sky replacement techniques
• Ability to sharpen, boost contrast and brightness for high-quality results.
• Realistic exteriors
• Image sharpening with bright, well-lit edits
• Sky replacements to enhance visual appeal.
• Experience with removing distractions (cords, TV screens etc.)
• Ability to create realistic day-to-dusk edits (a plus, but not required).
• Experience with virtual staging (a plus, but not required).
