PMU Infra is seeking a proactive and confident Candidate with experience in the real estate

industry. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, follow up

with clients, and support the sales team in driving property inquiries and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote real estate projects.

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed project information to clients.

• Generate and qualify leads through consistent follow-ups.

• Schedule site visits for the sales team and ensure timely follow-up.

• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).

• Understand client requirements and match them with available properties.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective buyers.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.

• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth client handling.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience as a telecaller or customer service executive, preferably in real

estate.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Basic knowledge of real estate market trends (preferred).

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is an added advantage.
