Monroe is seeking an experienced Real Estate Professional with a strong background in office leasing to join our Esteemed Client's growing property team. This role is ideal for a commercially driven individual who understands the dynamics of office markets, tenant needs, and long-term leasing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end office leasing activities, including marketing, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and corporate clients
  • Conduct market analysis on rental trends, competitor properties, and tenant demand
  • Prepare leasing proposals, LOIs, and lease agreements in coordination with legal teams
  • Support asset owners in positioning office buildings to remain competitive in the market
