Job Description
+ Work with designated service provider(s) to develop and deliver an integrated transaction management solution/process with supporting tools, templates, etc.
+ Develop accurate and informative project tracking reports for use on all real estate transactions.
+ Drive continuous improvement of real estate transaction process and procedures.
+ Routinely audit and improve functions processes, procedures and support tools.
+ Responsible for coordinating information, due diligence, analysis, resources and other activities necessary to successfully complete real estate projects within the assigned area of responsibility.
+ Works with third party service provider(s), UL legal, UL risk management and other internal stakeholders to develop standard process documents, including but not limited to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), lease clauses, letters of intent, etc.
