Job Description

Managing corporate Real estate for IT/ITES office spaces within and outside of India in various models – warm/cold shell interior fitouts, renting fully fitted office space, renting fully fitted and managed office space etc., as found suitable for specific requirement. The role typically involves:

• Interaction with internal stakeholders to prepare user brief
• Evaluation of buildings to create office space
• Evaluation of various models for creation of office space
• Review designs against user brief
• Prepare design alternatives for smaller projects
• Preparation of project budget
• Check relevant statutory and regulatory compliances
• Preparation of RFP
• Techno-commercial evaluation of proposals
• Periodic supervision of execution
• Manage and control time, cost, and quality

Essential

• 10 - 12 years of experience in managing corporate real estate for IT/ITES companies
• A degree in Architecture/ Interior/ Civil Engineering/ Equivalent
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Tools (Revit/Sketchup), MS Excel and MS Projects

Desirable

• Qualification in project management
• Proficiency Building Information Management (BIM)
• Proficiency in 3D rendering of office interior
