Job Description
Managing corporate Real estate for IT/ITES office spaces within and outside of India in various models – warm/cold shell interior fitouts, renting fully fitted office space, renting fully fitted and managed office space etc., as found suitable for specific requirement. The role typically involves:
- Interaction with internal stakeholders to prepare user brief
- Evaluation of buildings to create office space
- Evaluation of various models for creation of office space
- Review designs against user brief
- Prepare design alternatives for smaller projects
- Preparation of project budget
- Check relevant statutory and regulatory compliances
- Preparation of RFP
- Techno-commercial evaluation of proposals
- Periodic supervision of execution
- Manage and control time, cost, and quality
