Job Description

NeoWork is seeking a Real Estate Project Manager to oversee and coordinate administrative and operational tasks in support of our real estate portfolio. This teammate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and follow-through across vendors, suppliers, tenants, and borrowers, while maintaining accuracy and organization in back-office processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage back-office real estate administrative tasks, including documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, suppliers, tenants, and borrowers, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate schedules, contracts, and service requests to ensure efficient project delivery.
