Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Manager for a full-time, mid-level position at our Bangalore headquarters. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in real estate sales, focusing on lead generation and residential sales. As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in driving sales and building strong client relationships.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Lead generation experience in real estate sales, a crucial skill for generating and nurturing new business opportunities. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proven track record in residential sales, capable of understanding client preferences and delivering on high-value transactions. (Mandatory skill)
  • Extensive knowledge in real estate sales, essential for closing deals with prospective clients. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong negotiation skills to ensure mutually beneficial agreement outcomes and maximize company margins.
  • Market analysis proficiency to identify trends, competition, and pricing strategies in the real estate market.
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate project details clearly and persuasively to potential buyers.
  • Client relationship management skills to maintain and enhance relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Ability to manage and oversee site visits, effectively addressing all client queries and showcasing the projects.
