Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Team Lead located in Gurugram. The Real Estate Team Lead will be responsible for managing and leading a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. They will conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, and build relationships with key stakeholders. The role also involves monitoring sales performance, providing training and mentorship to team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience in Sales Management, including team leadership and strategy development
Strong understanding of market research and business development
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate or proptech industry is a plus
