This is a commission-based position with upside income.

Compensation:$75,000 - $250,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Build genuine relationships with clients, partners, and the local community
- Guide buyers and sellers through the process with care and clear communication
- Stay involved in community events and relationship-building activities
- Follow up with past clients and contacts to create long-term connections
- Collaborate with a supportive team and mentors to grow and succeed
- Represent the team with professionalism, integrity, and a service-first mindset
