Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Executive, located in Wadala, Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property viewings, maintaining strong client relationships, and negotiating deals. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, staying up to date on real estate market trends, and adhering to company goals and standards to achieve sales targets.


Qualifications

  • understanding of local real estate and property regulations
  • Proficiency in Real Estate knowledge
  • Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to meet client needs and achieve sales objectives
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant experience in the real estate industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is an added advantage
