Real estate sales manager (dubai location)

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of property sales, and the ability to drive revenue through team performance and direct sales. Candidate must be willing to relocate to Dubai and available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Set sales targets and ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly goals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Generate business through personal sales and team efforts
- Handle high-value clients and close strategic deals
- Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation and campaigns
- Maintain strong relationships with developers and channel partners
- Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate sales
- Strong understanding of Dubai real estate market (preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be open to relocate to Dubai
- Must be available for immediate joining
