We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Sales Team Lead/Manager to guide and inspire our group of dedicated real estate Champs.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate Rm’s to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, training programs, and processes.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Collaborate with sales Rm’s to create individualized action plans for growth and success.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture to enhance productivity and teamwork.
- Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to provide valuable insights and guidance.
- Assist in handling complex negotiations and resolving escalated client issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales and leadership is a must , with a successful track record.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 Years of sales experience in the Bangalore real estate industry is a must.
