Job Title: Sales Team Lead/Manager

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Sales Team Lead/Manager to guide and inspire our group of dedicated real estate Champs.

Responsibilities


  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate Rm’s to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, training programs, and processes.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with sales Rm’s to create individualized action plans for growth and success.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team culture to enhance productivity and teamwork.
  • Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to provide valuable insights and guidance.
  • Assist in handling complex negotiations and resolving escalated client issues.



Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate sales and leadership is a must , with a successful track record.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 Years of sales experience in the Bangalore real estate industry is a must.
