Role Summary
We’re hiring a Real Estate Sales Executive to drive bookings for BOOTES residential projects. You will handle walk-ins, inbound leads, channel partner network, site visits, follow-ups, and closures. The job is simple to define and hard to do well: convert interest into signed bookings with disciplined follow-up and clean documentation.
Key Responsibilities
1) Lead Handling and Closures
Call and qualify inbound leads (website, ads, walk-ins, references, channel partners).
Understand buyer needs (budget, family size, intent, timeline) and map the right unit.
Run the full sales cycle: enquiry → site visit → negotiation → booking → agreement coordination.
Maintain a strong follow-up cadence and move leads forward without being pushy or spammy.
Meet monthly booking and revenue targets.
2) Site Visits and Customer Experience
Conduct site visits, explain project USPs clearly, and handle objections confidently.
