This role combines technical expertise, customer service, and content creation to ensure customers get excellent assistance and access to self-service resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master our AI-powered transaction coordination software, becoming an expert in all features
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email in a professional, timely manner
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, actionable solutions to customers
  • Build and update a comprehensive library of FAQs, help articles, and video tutorials
  • Create screen recording videos demonstrating key workflows and solutions
