Key Mansions is looking for a real estate Team Leader with below job responsibilities -

-Candidate who can join Immediate will preferred.

-We are looking for the one who Leads Team provides direction and guidance to a team members.

-To manage the day to day operations with a team of agents and meet the required service levels, quality and productivity.

-As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent.

-Should have the ability to motivate the team to achieve their targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Building and managing relationships with clients.
• Understanding of the real estate market and competitive environment.

Experience Required - Minimum 2 years of sales in real estate or having team leading experience in same industry for Mumbai (Andheri) location.
