Overview
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Analyst to support a US-based commercial real estate investment firm. This is a highly analytical, finance-focused role involving underwriting, valuation, and investment analysis across commercial real estate transactions.
This position is not entry-level and not administrative . The ideal candidate already understands commercial real estate finance and can independently prepare underwriting models, investment memos, and analytical materials used in credit or investment committee decisions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare commercial real estate underwriting models, sizing analyses, and initial deal memos
- Perform financial underwriting and valuation for acquisitions, refinancings, and recapitalizations
- Review and analyze:
- Rent rolls
- Operating statements
- Borrower financials
