Job Description

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
1. Lead Management & Follow-Up - Organize and track leads, schedule follow-ups, and engage with potential buyers and sellers.
2. Appointment Scheduling - Coordinate and schedule property showings, client meetings, and open houses.
4. Listing & Marketing Support - Manage property listings, update MLS, and assist with marketing materials and social media postings.
5. Contract & Document Preparation - Assist in drafting and organizing real estate contracts, lease agreements, and disclosures.
6. Database Management - Maintain and update CRM and other real estate databases to ensure accurate client records.
7. Administrative Support - Provide general administrative assistance, including data entry, research, and reporting.
8. Do tenants Background checks and documentation collection.
9. Other duties as assigned by the realtor
