Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate and process rebate claims accurately in alignment with contract terms and company policies.

• Perform variance analysis and scenario modeling to assess rebate program effectiveness.

• Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams for forecasting and rebate accruals .

• Manage and resolve disputes related to rebate claims, ensuring compliance with agreements.

• Conduct trade promotion and rebate program analysis to identify optimization opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and company guidelines.

• Perform payment reconciliation and ensure timely and accurate disbursement of rebate payments.

• Maintain and update rebate calculators , pricing structures, and related documentation.

• Validate sales data to ensure accuracy in rebate computations and reporting.

• Support management with periodic reports and dashboards on rebate performance and financial impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.

• 3–11 years of experience as a Rebate Analyst , Trade Analyst , or in a similar financial operations role.

• Strong understanding of claim validation , rebate accruals , and trade promotion management .

• Hands-on experience with forecasting, scenario modeling , and variance analysis .

• Proficiency in Excel , ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and data analysis tools .

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with rebate management tools or financial modeling software .

• Exposure to compliance and audit processes related to rebates or trade promotions.

• Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau for reporting and visualization.
