The Role



In this role, you will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations



You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to your customers.

The Materials Clerk is responsible to assist the Materials Manager in the smooth operation and efficient running of the Materials Department while meeting department’s objectives



**Qualifications:**



Qualifications



+ Basic knowledge in Purchasing/Receiving/Store management,

+ Basic computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office

+ Schedule flexibility is necessary and ability to multi-task

+ Preferably residing in Qatar, with support of transfer
