The ideal candidate has good communication skills, understands food safety and hygiene standards, and can collaborate effectively with Purchasing, Kitchen, Accounting, and all departments. Experience with hotel systems such as SAP, inspecting goods, and assisting with monthly inventory counts and variance analysis is an asset.
