We are seeking a candidate passionate about luxury hospitality and exceptional service, with strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate has good communication skills, understands food safety and hygiene standards, and can collaborate effectively with Purchasing, Kitchen, Accounting, and all departments. Experience with hotel systems such as SAP, inspecting goods, and assisting with monthly inventory counts and variance analysis is an asset.

  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset

  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Good communication skills with Purchasing, Kitchen, Accounting & all departments
  • Inspect goods for quantity, quality, and expiration dates
  • Assist in monthly inventory counts and variance analysis
