Tasks
Receive, verify, and record goods according to established procedures. Control the quantity and quality of received materials. Identify, inventory, and classify items in an orderly manner, update inventories in the ERP system or Excel. Coordinate shipments and pickups with subcontractors and track deadlines. Prepare and ship orders while adhering to internal procedures and shipping document compliance. Plan daily local deliveries and pickups. Participate in inventory discrepancy analysis and propose solutions to improve logistics flows. Perform other related tasks as required. Advantages
