Job Description
Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Receiving Team Lead (1st Shift). The hourly rate for this position is $19.44 - $29.16 per hour. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

HOURS: 9AM - 5:30PM

Coach, mentor and role model: Coordinate manpower daily; aligning staff across department to enhance productivity. Motivate the team, keeping them informed of goals related to production, safety, and quality. Support in leading the tier meetings when the Supervisor is absent discussing things like safety, quality, and daily priorities. Address and assist in resolving work issues, escalating them when needed.
