Responsibilities



  • Handling the phone system, including answering calls and transferring calls as needed.

  • Preparing duty rosters for manning the reception desk.

  • Updating the reception directory as changes occur in the organization.

  • Managing incoming and outgoing documents and parcels.

  • Managing parcel system and recording all incoming parcels and mail in the reception logbook.

  • Recording expenses claims into the system.
