The Role

:
The Reception & Administration Officer is responsible for front-of-house reception duties and a broad range of administrative support functions. You will be the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring services are delivered professionally, confidentially and in line with Centacare policies and legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Open and close the premises securely, receive and direct clients and visitors, monitor site access, and maintain a safe and supportive environment for all clients, including children and young people
  • Provide service information, schedule client appointments using electronic systems, and manage room bookings and allocations
  • Complete general administrative duties including data entry, document preparation, filing, mail distribution, and maintaining accurate client records in line with privacy requirements
