As part of a motivated team, you will play a key role in managing front-of-house operations, coordinating support services, and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver front-of-house services, including welcoming visitors and providing appropriate support.
  • Perform general receptionist duties and manage the FM mailbox.
  • Ensure security procedures are followed at all times.
  • Coordinate meeting room management and provide porterage support, including occasional manual handling tasks (e.g., moving desks).
  • Track planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities and update relevant systems.
  • Facilitate and oversee reactive and PPM visits, ensuring timely resolution.
