We are seeking a professional and polished Corporate Receptionist to support a busy corporate office with high client footfall. This is a front-facing role suited to someone confident, well-presented, and experienced in a corporate reception environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering and directing incoming calls professionally
- Welcoming clients and managing a busy front desk
- Opening, closing, and setting up meeting rooms
- Cleaning and maintaining coffee machines
- Ensuring reception and common areas are neat and presentable at all times
About You
- Minimum 1 year reception experience (corporate preferred)
- Professional, corporate presentation (blazer required)
- Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
- Reliable and immediately available
- Comfortable working in a high-footfall environment

- Face-to-face interviews available today and tomorrow afternoon
- Client prefers to meet candidates in person
- Start date: ASAP (ideally Monday)

Casual Loading
