The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist provides professional front‑line support at the Prince George head office. This role handles a high volume of incoming calls and in‑person inquiries, ensuring that all clients, visitors, and partners are greeted warmly and directed promptly to the appropriate staff or program. The position supports multiple offices and program areas by managing appointment scheduling, call routing, data entry, communication tasks, and general administrative duties.
This role is essential to maintaining the smooth flow of communication and creating positive first impressions for all who interact with Kopar.
