Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk and reception duties, including call handling, visitor coordination, paging, and meeting room control
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, courier arrangements, and ensure accurate distribution and dispatch
- Maintain reception, mail room, and showroom display screens in proper working condition
- Coordinate and raise requisitions for office supplies
- Perform general administrative support including billing records, HR document filing, payroll verification support, access card management, and courier tracking
- Provide ad-hoc administrative and office support duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min GCE O levels and above
- At least 1 year of customer service or receptionist experience
Additional Information:
- Working hours: 740am to 530pm
- Mondays to Fridays
