Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk and reception duties, including call handling, visitor coordination, paging, and meeting room control
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, courier arrangements, and ensure accurate distribution and dispatch
  • Maintain reception, mail room, and showroom display screens in proper working condition
  • Coordinate and raise requisitions for office supplies
  • Perform general administrative support including billing records, HR document filing, payroll verification support, access card management, and courier tracking
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative and office support duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Min GCE O levels and above
  • At least 1 year of customer service or receptionist experience

Additional Information:

  • Working hours: 740am to 530pm
  • Mondays to Fridays
  • Nearest MRT: Joo Koon / Pioneer
