As the Receptionist for our Bella Vista 'Sky' clinic, you will provide reception and administrative services that ensure well-organised and effective intake, booking, completion and payment for services delivered, and efficient daily operations at our clinic.

You will also be required to exercise and apply independent professional judgement in solving problems and managing cases where principles, procedures, techniques, and methods require expansion, adaptation, or

modification.

 

Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Answering phones, responding to questions and completing follow up tasks as required
  • Responding to enquiries via phone and email
  • Completing intake information gathering and data entry into our Client Management System (CMS)
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate details in our CMS
