Here at Linear Clinical Research, we conduct groundbreaking clinical trials across a diverse range of therapeutic areas from our clinical trial facility based in Nedlands. Our front of house Reception team are the friendly face of Linear and welcome our clinical trial participants and other visitors to site whilst carrying out general administrative tasks helping the clinic run smoothly.

We now have an opportunity for a customer-focused Receptionist to join the team on a part-time basis working 3 days per week - Monday, Wednesday & Friday

Your Role in Our Future
In this role you will be part of a fun, dynamic and very supportive team and will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to our clinical trial participants when checking into the clinic and any other visitors.
Some of your key duties in this role will include;

Greet participants and visitors to Linear facilities in a timely, courteous and professional manner, ensuring sign-in/sign-out processes are completed.

Direct incoming calls and messages to the relevant department.

Receive and manage deliveries, and receipt against purchase orders.

Assist with catering and office supply orders.

This position will be offered on a part-time basis with working days being Tuesday and Thursday and will be based at our clinical trial facility in Nedlands.

Your Experience
To be considered for this role, you must have a passion for customer service along with demonstrated experience in a corporate environment in an administrative or customer focused role.

Your application must also be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

Strong computer and administrative skills.
