Job Description

The role will be responsible for managing and monitoring Office Management operations, providing support across all areas of the company to ensure the overall smooth functioning of the office, in line with stakeholder needs and the organization’s established standards.

Responsibilities

  • Answering and managing incoming calls
  • Managing access control and external visitors
  • Coordinating the internal preparation of shipments
  • Registering, tracking, and monitoring shipments in collaboration with courier platforms
  • Requesting, monitoring, and managing third-party pickups
  • Managing office supplies inventory
  • Vendor management (maintenance, office supplies, cleaning services, etc.)
  • Handling complaints and incidents
  • Preparing materials for training sessions and external meetings
