Role Overview
This position bridges luxury timepieces, front-desk operations, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing appointments, handling general enquiries, and supporting administrative tasks. Working closely with internal teams, you will help ensure smooth daily operations and deliver a professional and friendly customer experience aligned with a luxury watch brand.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Be the friendly first point of contact, welcoming customers and creating a positive first impression
- Manage walk-in customers by issuing queue numbers using the QMS system
- Handle customer enquiries professionally, both in person and over the phone
- Answer and direct calls, reply messages, and provide accurate information
- Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
