Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally and direct them appropriately
    Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and messages
    Maintain front desk operations and ensure a clean, organized reception area
    Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers as per company requirements
    Maintain call records and update customer databases
    Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
    Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
    0–2 years of experience in front office, customer service, or telecalling roles
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language
    Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
    Pleasant personality and positive attitude
    Good multitasking and time management skills
