Receptionist

Our client is hiring for the position of Receptionist.

Key Responsibilities:

•Greet and assist with appointments, inquiries, and payments.

•Manage calls, emails, and patient follow-ups efficiently.

•Maintain accurate records and coordinate with clinical staff.

•Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to attract new patients.

•Coordinate health talks, community events, and corporate wellness programs.

•Engage with patients to promote clinic packages and services.

•Support social media updates and promotional activities.

Requirements:

•1–3 years’ experience as a receptionist or customer service role (healthcare experience).

•Basic marketing knowledge and ability to assist in events/campaigns.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
