Qualifications and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, providing accurate information and a positive first impression of the company.

  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Support the HR department in the onboarding process of new employees by preparing required documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with security procedures by monitoring logbooks and managing visitor badges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company operations and enhance customer experience.
