Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Salary Range

RM2,500 to RM3,000 (Basic)

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
  • Manage front desk operations, including receiving parcels, letters, and deliveries
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Perform basic administrative and clerical duties (filing, photocopying, data entry, etc.)
  • Provide assistance to other departments as needed
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate restocking
  • Ensure compliance with visitor policies and internal protocols
