Receptionist - 000GEJ Description The Receptionist's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: + Greets and assist guests, which could include outside guests, maintenance, employees, food deliveries and plant deliveries. + Provides phone coverage for the 18th floor, ensuring calls are routed appropriately. + Coordinates scheduling the boardroom. + Handles management meeting books. + Acts as administrator for the boardroom calendar. + Ensures orderliness of the boardroom after meetings. + Issues parking validations for guests. + Monitors 18th floor cameras throughout the floor. + Monitors and maintains office supply inventory and paper supply for the 18th floor. + Prepares and ensures coffee is in the boardroom Mon-Fri. + Delivers newspapers to recipients of the 18th floor and ensure orderliness around desk area. + Replenishes items in areas where needed. + Requests via email the visitors of the day from those anticipating guests. + Maintains familiarity with company leadership,...
