**Job Title:** Veterinary Receptionist
**Job Type:** 16 hours per week, Permanent, Part-time
**Location:** End Cottage Vets, Howden
**Shifts:** 2 days a week: 8am - 3pm and 1pm - 7pm. Plus 1:3 Saturdays 8am - 1pm

Often the first point of contact with our clients, a receptionist's position is one of the most important within the practice, requiring efficiency, empathy and professionalism in equal measures.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Welcoming clients and visitors to End Cottage in a friendly approachable manner.
+ Answering telephone calls, conveying messages and providing customer care advice.
+ Booking appointments, processing information and requests using our Practice Management System thus ensuring correct patient records are available for the clinical team.
