Job Description

This is a full-time role for a Receptionist. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing phone calls professionally with excellent phone etiquette, performing receptionist duties such as greeting clients and visitors, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Daily tasks will include managing clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing files, and handling correspondence. Additionally, the Receptionist will provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Phone Etiquette and performing Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Clerical Skills, including organization and time management
  • Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written
