Our client is an established total logistics solution service provider based in Klang. It offers professional logistical solution designed to meet the various needs of importers and exporters. It prides itself with the services it provides its customers with the full backup of solid customer service and support.
Responsibilities
- Attend to incoming calls and walk-in visitors.
- Scan, file, and manage documents and folders.
- Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks.
- Support departments with general admin assistance as required.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel).
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Responsible, disciplined, and well-organized.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm
- Willing to work at Taman Bayu Perdana, Klang
