Receptionist Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate department or individual
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information about our services
  • Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Receptionist Job Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
